Health Insurers – External Review of Cancellations Needed (Post 2)

arbitrationtoo.jpgThe solution would be as they proposed, is to form a regulatory body or arbitrary court of sorts to oversee the cancellation process without going to court to see if their actions were indeed right to rescind the contracts. The industry of course follows rules set by the insurance board regarding these cancellations but the process is varied and a standardized approach might solve some of the problems plaguing the system. Consumers are first, and they need protection just as we do from unjust claims which can be due largely to pre-conditions that were either deliberately left out by the insured/client due to possible denial of coverage by the many insurance firms operating within the United States. The arbitrary process would ensure that there is ample ground for a case to be filed or denied in court with the review of all presented documents.

Health Insurers – External Review of Cancellations Needed (Post 1)

arbitration.jpgInsurers in the United States have expressed concern about the current status of the health care industry and say that there may be a need for intervention from a third party that would oversee and review policy cancellations due to default or rescission. The industry has suffered a lot of bad press with court decisions ruling in favor of clients who have turned to the courts for their claims processing. The legal system has labeled us as the bad guys and we mostly if not always have to end up paying the huge numbers of these unjust claims. The result is that the industry has had to pass on some of these costs to our customers jacking prices so high less Americans can afford them.

Health Care System Overhaul

overhaul.jpgPublic outcry and government initiatives due to the higher costs they have to cover with state sponsored health care has prompted a better understanding of how and what the system should do and when to offer the best possible care for all those in need of it when they need it. The state’s health care system is also flawed due to the fact that the limits that have been set are either too low or too high for the particular bracketing/grouping systems they have introduced. With the proposals and revisions to the health care system proposals that would come out of the new initiative, many have their fingers crossed so they get the health coverage they so badly need.

Affordable Health Care

health1.jpgThe government is pushing to lower the cost of health care so more Americans can afford the best health care products from private providers. This was to amend problems with previous health bills that did not place children in front of other concerns leaving millions without the ability to get private health care. This becomes a problem in times of crisis such as the housing market woes that affected the economy of the whole world. Even middle class Americans found themselves without the ability to get affordable health care products for the respectable amount of income they make. As the Presidents staff placed it, it is a move to repackage bad policy that had persisted for a long time.

State Child Health Care

inheal41.jpgThe President of the United States of America, has announced that the federal government is moving to make health care more affordable to families with children who are earning enough not to qualify for MedicAid but still cannot afford private health insurance. The move is discussed by the President to move children off MedicAid and into private insurance but not to move those on private insurance into the MedicAid program. The American health care system is considered to be one of the best in the world but the best part comes at a steep price and recent surveys have shown that not many families can afford private health care. The costs of health care have skyrocketed to so high levels that not many can afford them yet are not eligible for the Medicaid health insurance of the government.
