America is already burdened by the cost of caring for illegal immigrants which some argue shouldn’t be the case. Though there are exceptions such as with children who should be accorded the health care they need whatever their status in terms of residence in the country. The aim is to give the people more power to choose and to get the premium rates down with the injection of proper legislation and support from the government not simply with increasing the budget. The system has suffered a great deals and it took the rippling effect of the sub-prime lending market problems to highlight the current status of the whole health care system.
