This highlights the need for a re-think of the health care strategy and support systems which are aimed in making health care not only affordable but of acceptable quality. Some states have an uninsured rate of almost 30% where the government has to shoulder all the costs for health care. A huge increase of under insured Americans is also ringing alarms in the industry which makes private health care shudder at the prospect of loosing more and more of their business. The creation of laws and proper management tools which would capitalize of Information technology as a tool to simplify and eliminate some of the repetitive jobs in the industry for one. The efficient use of all available health care resources which has the ability to get to where it is needed and lastly an incentive package that would allow people and insurers to be at par with each other giving the customer more choices by standardizing rates and encouraging competition in the industry.

Brought about by the severe economic crunch and the rising cost of health care the rise is due to more and more people not being able to pay for their obligations as they used to. The move would have all members of the various insurance groups, the insured and the new proposed body to oversee the appeal and possible reversal of the problems being brought about by rising cost. Re-negotiations and other outcomes would be binding and would serve to alleviate the bad rap all providers are getting from all sides. This would give people better chances of keeping their coverage at manageable levels while the providers get to keep their clients hoping for conditions to improve as the economy recovers.

Many churches in the United States have started to address the problem with the health care system which would hopefully be fixed by the time the next presidential candidate takes office and enacts their proposals to the system. These churches have initiated their own health care system by getting to collect from their members which they disburse in case of medical emergencies. These so-called Faith based health care system is a sure sign of the disgust people are getting form state and private health care providers which for most part are inadequate. Being based on faith, they assume for the best to prepare for the worst. One question though, the rise in the popularity of these types of add-on benefits to members of congregations does amount to a lot of money, money that is not accountable in the court of law for they function as their own little government. Do ask for advices form your financial adviser if you have one or talk to the church leaders on the accounting and reporting needs so you all get to feel secure your money is where it should be.

Though there are exceptions such as with children who should be accorded the health care they need whatever their status in terms of residence in the country. The aim is to give the people more power to choose and to get the premium rates down with the injection of proper legislation and support from the government not simply with increasing the budget. The system has suffered a great deals and it took the rippling effect of the sub-prime lending market problems to highlight the current status of the whole health care system.

The recent moves by lawmakers to get healthcare the much needed boost in terms of funding has been in debate for sometime and along with it comes with evaluations of previous healthcare revival packages. Universal health care is not the solution for it bears with it huge expenditures, costs that might prove to be too high for the federal government to fund. They argue that yes, health care should be mandatory and available to most Americans but to what extent is the issue.

The industry of course follows rules set by the insurance board regarding these cancellations but the process is varied and a standardized approach might solve some of the problems plaguing the system. Consumers are first, and they need protection just as we do from unjust claims which can be due largely to pre-conditions that were either deliberately left out by the insured/client due to possible denial of coverage by the many insurance firms operating within the United States. The arbitrary process would ensure that there is ample ground for a case to be filed or denied in court with the review of all presented documents.

The industry has suffered a lot of bad press with court decisions ruling in favor of clients who have turned to the courts for their claims processing. The legal system has labeled us as the bad guys and we mostly if not always have to end up paying the huge numbers of these unjust claims. The result is that the industry has had to pass on some of these costs to our customers jacking prices so high less Americans can afford them.

The state’s health care system is also flawed due to the fact that the limits that have been set are either too low or too high for the particular bracketing/grouping systems they have introduced. With the proposals and revisions to the health care system proposals that would come out of the new initiative, many have their fingers crossed so they get the health coverage they so badly need.

This was to amend problems with previous health bills that did not place children in front of other concerns leaving millions without the ability to get private health care. This becomes a problem in times of crisis such as the housing market woes that affected the economy of the whole world. Even middle class Americans found themselves without the ability to get affordable health care products for the respectable amount of income they make. As the Presidents staff placed it, it is a move to repackage bad policy that had persisted for a long time.

The move is discussed by the President to move children off MedicAid and into private insurance but not to move those on private insurance into the MedicAid program. The American health care system is considered to be one of the best in the world but the best part comes at a steep price and recent surveys have shown that not many families can afford private health care. The costs of health care have skyrocketed to so high levels that not many can afford them yet are not eligible for the Medicaid health insurance of the government.
